People Operations & Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Acquisit is seeking a senior HR leader to design and implement scalable People processes across its offices in Beirut, Dubai and Riyadh. You will act as the trusted HR business partner, shaping the employee experience from recruitment through to development, performance, and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle talent acquisition for all functions, own the HubSpot ATS, and build talent pipelines across Lebanon, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• Design and continuously improve employee engagement programs, performance management frameworks (OKRs/KPIs, reviews, PIPs) and retention initiatives.
• Develop onboarding, learning curricula, competency frameworks and clear career pathways for all departments.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination with Finance, and ensure compliance with labour laws in the three jurisdictions.
• Build People analytics dashboards, establish KPIs, benchmark HR performance and champion AI‑enabled process automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end HR functions in a fast‑growing, multi‑office environment.
• Strong ability to partner with senior leaders, influence culture, and drive data‑based decision making.
