People & Culture Internship – Rotational Role

About the role

Join New Metrics as a People & Culture Intern and experience a four‑week rotation across Talent Attraction & Acquisition, Talent & Culture, and Learning & Development. You will support real HR initiatives in a fast‑paced consulting environment while working closely with experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with interview shadowing, candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, and recruitment assessment processes.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, manage calendars, and track interview progress.
• Review and improve recruitment workflow, maintain candidate data in the CRM/ATS, and support automation efforts.
• Prepare recruitment reports, dashboards, and conduct market benchmarking research.
• Support employer‑branding activities, internal communications, and recruitment newsletters.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program or recent graduate interested in HR and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
