About the role
We are a health and wellness company expanding into premium fitness apparel and are seeking a creative, technically‑adept Pattern Maker / Fashion Designer to lead the design of functional activewear and retreat wear. This is a flexible side project with commission‑based compensation and the chance to grow as the brand scales.
Key responsibilities
- Lead garment design and shape the overall aesthetic.
- Contribute to fabric selection, construction, and textile development.
- Create or refine patterns and technical drawings.
- Ensure sample quality meets brand standards.
Required profile
- Experience in fashion design, pattern making, and garment development.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, human anatomy, and fabric performance.
- Meticulous eye for fit, proportion, comfort, and functionality.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate remotely, and take ownership of projects.
