Part-Time Customer Service Representative – Pet Care

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, organized, pet‑loving individual to join our evening customer service team at Petriotics, a fast‑growing pet e‑commerce company in Lebanon. The role is part‑time, on‑site in Beirut, and involves assisting customers across multiple channels to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Advise customers on product selection based on pet needs, lifestyle and budget.
• Place orders, process exchanges and refunds according to company policy.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and log feedback.
• Resolve complaints calmly, record them properly and coordinate with operations for deliveries, special requests and urgent orders.
• Manage inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email and social media platforms.
• Assist walk‑in customers with pickups, answer basic questions and occasionally help with loading.
• Handle cash transactions for pickup orders accurately.
• Record customer notes and feedback in internal systems.
• Recommend complementary products and send repeat‑purchase reminders.

Required profile

• Pet owner who understands other pet owners.
• Extremely friendly, patient and customer‑focused.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Comfortable using a computer, WhatsApp and basic digital tools.
• Nice to have: French language skills.
• Nice to have: Previous experience in customer service, retail, e‑commerce or hospitality.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of pet products, nutrition or pet care (training provided).
• Calm demeanor and strong problem‑solving skills.
