Paralegal

About the role

The Corporate Paralegal supports the Legal Department in managing corporate transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and acting as the liaison with government agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, documenting and coordinating mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and other corporate transactions.
• Draft, review and finalize contracts, agreements and related legal documents.
• Represent the company before government agencies, maintain relationships and follow up on regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research, monitor compliance, and track regulatory changes.
• Maintain organized records, prepare reports and support litigation case management.
• Provide administrative support, coordinate meetings, and assist with legal budgeting and expense tracking.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal focusing on transactions, compliance and government liaison.
• Associate degree in paralegal studies or related field; certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and high integrity.

• Proficiency in corporate transaction support and legal document preparation.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and government agency interactions.
