Organizational Development Specialist

About the role

The Organizational Development Specialist designs, implements, and continuously improves initiatives that boost organizational effectiveness, governance, and workforce capability. Working closely with business leaders, you will diagnose challenges, shape operating models, and align structures with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead diagnostics to uncover opportunities for efficiency, governance, and capability improvements.
• Design and facilitate organization‑structure reviews, role clarification, and operating‑model assessments.
• Develop recommendations on reporting relationships, spans of control, and job architecture.
• Run workshops with leaders to gather requirements, assess maturity, and validate solutions.
• Create and execute change‑management plans that minimize disruption during transformations.
• Conduct impact assessments and propose mitigation strategies.
• Draft policies, frameworks, and governance documentation supporting effectiveness initiatives.
• Analyze metrics, workforce data, and productivity indicators to spot trends.
• Support enterprise‑wide projects in workforce planning, process optimization, and capability development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in Organizational Development, Organization Design, or Organizational Effectiveness.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of organizational design methodologies and structure modeling.
• Experience with workforce analytics and organizational reporting tools.
