Order Fulfillment Supervisor

About the role

The Order Fulfillment Supervisor will lead the daily picking, packing and dispatch operations in our warehouse, ensuring orders are processed accurately, efficiently and on time while upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily pick, pack and dispatch activities.
• Allocate tasks, manage workforce scheduling and attendance.
• Ensure order accuracy, correct labeling and proper packaging.
• Monitor productivity, KPIs and turnaround times.
• Enforce warehouse safety, hygiene and quality standards.
• Train, coach and evaluate team members.
• Investigate and resolve picking/packing errors and shortages.
• Coordinate with inventory, inbound and logistics teams.
• Maintain records, reports and system updates in WMS/ERP.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or fulfillment operations.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leading experience preferred.
• Knowledge of picking, packing and inventory processes.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Physically able to work in a warehouse environment.
