Oral Dosage Manager – Pharmaceutical Production

About the role

The Oral Dosage Manager will lead the end‑to‑end production of oral solid dosage forms at our Zahle facility. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while driving efficiency across formulation, granulation, compression, coating and packaging operations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of oral dosage manufacturing, from formulation to final packaging.
• Monitor daily production schedules, optimize workflows, and manage capacity and inventory.
• Maintain batch records, SOPs, deviation and CAPA documentation in line with GMP and GDP standards.
• Lead a multidisciplinary production team, fostering a safety‑first culture and continuous learning.
• Collaborate with QA, QC, R&D, maintenance and supply‑chain teams to resolve issues and implement process improvements.
• Participate in internal and external audits and provide data‑driven reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, preferably with oral solid dosage (OSD) facilities.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GDP and related regulatory frameworks.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
