Operations Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an Operations Team Leader to design, deliver and continuously improve innovative training programmes across our satellite locations. You will oversee both onsite and live‑online courses, ensuring they fit within operational schedules and provide a high‑quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with field staff to assess training needs and create engaging agendas.
• Research, develop and maintain comprehensive training materials.
• Manage classroom experiences across all sites, including live‑online sessions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround times and enhance customer service.
• Maintain up‑to‑date class schedules and communicate changes promptly.
• Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders on operational matters.
• Oversee procurement of online training resources to ensure timely availability.
• Support strategic commercial and marketing initiatives that drive business growth.
• Lead the development of customer care and student service procedures.
• Work with faculty to recruit tutors and instructors.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations and customer satisfaction.
• Proven project‑management expertise.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
