Operations & Customer Service Associate

About the role

We are looking for an Operations & Customer Service Associate to join our team in Jdeideh. The role will ensure smooth daily workflows by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking inventory and maintaining accurate documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational activities, including order processing and inventory tracking.
• Provide responsive and professional customer service, addressing inquiries and building relationships.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for orders and inventory.
• Utilize basic office software and, when possible, CRM or ticketing tools to support operations.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.
• Proven experience in customer service, demonstrating professionalism and responsiveness.
• Ability to work on‑site in Jdeideh – Metn and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Interest in cybersecurity or technology products; experience in a technical or hardware environment is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or degree in business, operations or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Basic office software (e.g., spreadsheets).
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems (advantageous).
