About the role
Bitarchitects is seeking a motivated Operations Coordinator to support internal operations, contractor coordination, and administrative tasks in a fast‑paced, remote environment. The role starts part‑time (5 hours per day) and may transition to full‑time after a successful probation period.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct outreach and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to support ongoing projects.
- Assist Operations and Project teams with day‑to‑day coordination tasks.
- Prepare and organize documents, proposals, contracts, and project files.
- Manage scheduling, communication tracking, and internal follow‑ups.
- Maintain and update records using CRM and project‑management tools.
- Handle administrative duties such as data entry, file organization, and reporting support.
- Participate in internal coordination meetings to ensure workflow efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in operations, coordination, administration, sales support, or a similar role (preferred).
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Experience with CRM or project‑management tools.
- Fluent English communication.
