Operations Assistant (Tech Accelerator)

About the role

The Operations Assistant will support Sowlutions, a tech accelerator, by ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Working on‑site in Zouk Mosbeh, you will act as a bridge between project owners, developers and senior management, helping the team deliver high‑quality products on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication and workflow between project owners, developers and management.
• Monitor day‑to‑day operations, identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
• Create and maintain flowcharts, graphs and visual reports that illustrate process performance.
• Analyze business processes to spot gaps, waste or inefficiencies and suggest corrective actions.
• Support the design or enhancement of systems that reduce cost and minimise production issues.
• Develop clear manuals, guides and training materials for new workflows and train staff accordingly.
• Document and continuously update standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding for leadership positions.
• Report directly to the CEO and align work speed with executive expectations.
