About the role
The Operations Accountant will ensure accurate recording and reporting of trade offers, spending, and accounts receivable collections. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain price structures, manage receivable/payable processes, and support budgeting and cost control activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate supplier price structures, monitor price setup and landed costs, and issue sales price lists.
- Maintain control over supplier receivable/payable cycles, raise debit/credit notes, and reconcile accounts against supplier statements.
- Implement budget and cost controls according to SOPs, allocate receipts, and protect net margins.
- Process trade offers in JD Edwards (JDE) to ensure correct invoicing each month.
- Act as a role model by living the company’s purpose daily.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system.
