Operational Specialist

About the role

The Operational Specialist will run day‑to‑day operations of the CreatorLab Dashboard and manage the agency’s financials. This hands‑on, numbers‑and‑systems role works directly with the founder and sits at the centre of revenue, payouts and reporting flow.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the CreatorLab Dashboard, ensuring creator and agent records, payout calculations and data accuracy.
• Reconcile TikTok diamond revenue and incentive‑program payments (rank‑up, activeness, incremental revenue).
• Process creator bonuses and agent commissions according to payout rules and eligibility gates.
• Track operational budgets such as outreach gifting, Buddy Program equipment and other spend.
• Produce monthly financial and KPI reporting.
• Handle invoicing and keep financial records clean and audit‑ready.

Required profile

• Strong command of spreadsheets, data and dashboards.
• Finance or accounting background or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Highly detail‑oriented and dependable with sensitive financial data.
• Comfortable learning and operating a custom internal platform.
• Fluent English.
