Online Delivery Controller

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Online Delivery Controller to oversee the end‑to‑end delivery process of our e‑commerce orders. You will ensure that every shipment reaches the customer on time, while maintaining accurate records and providing excellent service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update order records in ClickUp and partner platforms, tracking status, invoicing, and delivery milestones.
• Manage order modifications such as cancellations, rescheduling, and changes in delivery method.
• Validate invoice accuracy and coordinate with finance for order release.
• Schedule shipments with third‑party logistics providers and monitor timely dispatch.
• Communicate with customers to confirm preferences, provide status updates, and resolve complaints.
• Validate customer data and plan delivery schedules in collaboration with logistics partners.
• Work closely with sales, warehouse, customer service, and accounting teams.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
