Night Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Night Manager to lead our overnight hotel operations in Beirut. As the senior manager on duty during the night shift, you will ensure smooth hotel operations, guest satisfaction, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the Front Office and night team during overnight operations.
• Act as Manager on Duty, overseeing hotel performance and guest experience.
• Complete and supervise the nightly audit and revenue reconciliation.
• Handle guest enquiries, requests, and escalations professionally.
• Maintain safety and security of guests, staff, and property, coordinating emergency responses when needed.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Reservations, Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Management.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Night Manager, Night Audit Manager, or senior Front Office leader.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations and guest service standards.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and leadership abilities.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
