MIS Officer – CRM & Customer Experience

About the role

The MIS Officer – CRM & CX focuses on supporting the ERP/CRM platform from both technical and customer‑experience perspectives. Reporting to the MIS Manager and working closely with the Customer Experience Manager, you will execute CRM campaigns, manage customer data and ensure smooth integration between systems.

Key responsibilities

• Update, clean and validate customer data in CRM and ERP systems.
• Support data imports, exports, reconciliation and quality checks.
• Assist in monitoring integrations between CRM, ERP, POS and e‑commerce platforms.
• Execute CRM campaigns, surveys, loyalty activities and customer journeys.
• Prepare operational, CRM/ERP and CX reports using Excel and basic SQL.
• Provide first‑level functional and technical support for CRM platforms.
• Coordinate testing, issue resolution and documentation with vendors and internal teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an MIS, CRM or ERP support role.
• Basic exposure to customer experience processes and data management.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is a plus.
