Microsoft 365 Engineer (French & English) – Remote (Lebanon)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Microsoft 365 Engineer to join OnTarget Group’s remote team in Lebanon. The engineer will act as a senior technical resource, supporting Level‑2 support and delivering Microsoft 365, security, telephony and cloud projects for our Canadian clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, troubleshoot and optimise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Administer Exchange Online and SharePoint Online.
• Design, deploy and maintain Intune and Windows Autopilot solutions.
• Configure Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access and identity security controls.
• Implement and support Microsoft Defender security solutions.
• Deploy and manage Teams Phone and Teams Telephony services.
• Design, deploy and support Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) solutions.
• Develop PowerShell automation and administration scripts.
• Participate in cloud migrations, deployments and modernisation projects.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high‑quality solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Microsoft 365 administration and engineering.
• Strong expertise in Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Defender, Conditional Access, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams Phone/Telephony and Azure Virtual Desktop.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Proven troubleshooting experience in an IT environment, preferably within a Managed Services Provider.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in French and English, both spoken and written.
