Medical Representative - North

About the role

The Medical Representative will promote Malia Group’s registered pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals in the northern region. You will be responsible for building strong relationships, delivering product information, and achieving sales targets while adhering to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain market coverage by visiting a set number of doctors and pharmacies daily.
• Present products using a structured call cycle (Opening, Questioning, Promoting, Commitment, Closure).
• Conduct customer segmentation and maintain an up‑to‑date customer database.
• Gather and relay customer feedback, complaints, and non‑conformities to the Field Manager.
• Coordinate with other representatives to secure doctors’ commitment to prescribe Pharmaline products.
• Utilise educational materials and samples during visits to support appropriate product use.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the Field Manager.
• Participate in events, luncheons, congresses, and seminars to strengthen relationships with the medical community.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology and pharmacology.
• Ability to understand drug interactions and provide accurate, balanced product information.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build sustainable relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
