About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Medical Representative to promote our wound care and surgical product lines, build relationships with healthcare professionals, and drive sales growth in the assigned territory.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and sell company products to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, nurses, and hospital procurement teams.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to medical staff when required.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Follow up on orders, payments, and customer feedback.
- Report daily activities, visits, and sales performance to the management team.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Previous experience as a Medical Representative or in a medical sales role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self‑motivated, organized, and target‑driven.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned regions.
