Medical Representative – Endosurgery Division

About the role

AMG is looking for a driven Medical Representative to join its Endosurgery Division. You will combine clinical expertise with commercial activity by introducing advanced endosurgical technologies to surgeons and hospital teams.

Key responsibilities

• Educate surgeons, specialists and OR staff on new endosurgical devices, safety protocols and clinical benefits.
• Provide real‑time technical support during endosurgical procedures in the operating room.
• Conduct product trials, workshops and technical demonstrations for hospital teams.
• Build and maintain consultative relationships with key opinion leaders, purchasing committees and decision‑makers.
• Identify sales opportunities, drive product adoption and increase market share in the assigned territory.
• Collect clinical feedback and market intelligence to inform product development and monitor competitor activity.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in the Endosurgery or minimally invasive surgical equipment field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing or a related discipline.
• Basic understanding of surgical procedures, laparoscopic/endosurgical instrumentation and sterile OR protocols.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle for daily hospital visits.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and training abilities to gain credibility with surgeons.
• Ability to work in dynamic hospital environments and adapt to tight OR schedules.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with endosurgical equipment.
• Laparoscopic instrumentation knowledge.
• Understanding of sterile operating‑room protocols.
