Mechanical Technician

About the role

Monza SAL is seeking a full‑time Mechanical Technician to join its on‑site workshop in Sinn Al Fil. The role supports the maintenance and repair of armored and electric vehicles, ensuring safety, reliability and optimal performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on armored and electric vehicles.
• Conduct mechanical inspections, diagnostics, and repairs of both mechanical and electrical systems.
• Replace, adjust, and test parts to meet safety and performance standards.
• Document all work performed according to company procedures.
• Collaborate with other technicians and service team members.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines and safety protocols, especially for high‑voltage and armored vehicle systems.
• Provide technical input on upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement of workshop processes.

Required profile

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics, preferably on armored or specialized vehicles.
• Knowledge of automotive electrical systems and basic hydraulics.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and service manuals.
• Proficiency with workshop tools, diagnostic equipment, and measurement instruments.
• Understanding of safety standards for armored vehicles and high‑voltage systems.
• Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
• Teamwork and communication abilities.
• Relevant technical diploma or vocational qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
