Marketing Specialist

About the role

APEC Group is looking for a results-driven Marketing professional who combines strategic thinking, creativity and strong execution. The role leads brand positioning, corporate communications and marketing campaigns across several business lines, and is based in North Lebanon or on-site in the region.

Key responsibilities

• Implement marketing strategies aligned with the group's commercial objectives.
• Lead brand positioning, corporate communications and marketing campaigns across multiple business lines.
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, content development and advertising.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer segmentation.
• Work with Sales, Business Development and Operations on product launches, customer acquisition and market expansion.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers and marketing service providers.
• Develop and monitor budgets, performance indicators and campaign ROI.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and messaging across all channels.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field; a master's is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of marketing experience, including managing marketing initiatives or teams.
• Proven experience in strategic marketing, digital campaigns, brand management and performance analysis.
• Experience in energy, petroleum, FMCG, retail or distribution is a strong advantage.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.

• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and reporting platforms.
