About the role
We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Coordinator to support both behind‑the‑scenes operations and our brand’s public presence. This remote‑first role will involve social media content creation, event assistance, website management and logistics coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Create engaging Instagram and TikTok content (photos, reels, stories) aligned with brand identity and interact with the online community.
- Assist in planning, logistics and on‑site execution of pop‑ups, exhibitions, promotional events and professional photoshoots.
- Upload and update product listings on the website, monitor inventory and provide weekly stock reports.
- Coordinate with delivery partners to track shipments, resolve delays and communicate restocking needs.
Required profile
- Organized, creative, detail‑oriented and up‑to‑date with the latest trends.
- Comfortable appearing on camera and in content when needed.
- Passion for jewelry, fashion or lifestyle branding is a strong bonus.
