Marketing Operations Assistant (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant to support the systems and coordination work that keep our marketing activities organized and on track. This part‑time, remote position involves content handling, reporting, automation, and administrative support across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain existing GoHighLevel workflows and automations.
• Pull reports and populate pre‑designed Canva templates.
• Schedule and organize content calendars.
• Upload and manage content with accurate caption‑to‑date alignment.
• Support administrative and marketing tasks across various platforms.
• Utilize tools such as Notion, GoHighLevel, Canva, and AI software.
• Follow established processes and complete repetitive tasks consistently.

Required profile

• Experience working remotely with a home‑based setup.
• Background in reporting, content scheduling, and workflow‑based administrative support.
• Basic proficiency with Canva and comfort using AI tools for drafting or support tasks.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Ability to follow established processes accurately.
• Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel and Notion is a plus.
