Marketing Manager

About the role

Nabat Organic is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead its marketing function as the company enters the next phase of growth. This hands‑on role will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution, shaping how the brands appear across retail and digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the marketing strategy and annual plan across brands, aligned to commercial objectives and budget.
• Steward brand architecture, positioning, and identity, ensuring consistency across packaging, retail, and digital touch points.
• Build the marketing calendar, manage the budget and track spend against return.
• Lead go‑to‑market planning for new product launch campaigns.
• Partner with sales on trade and shopper marketing for modern‑trade accounts, including in‑store visibility, promotions, and category storytelling.
• Grow the direct‑to‑consumer e‑commerce channel, overseeing the online store, loyalty program, performance marketing and CRM.
• Own social media, content and the brand’s always‑on digital presence, managing agencies and freelancers as needed.
• Use sales, retail and digital data to measure performance and continuously improve.
• Lead consumer and market research with external partners to inform brand, pricing and expansion decisions.
• Develop the marketing team over time, hiring, structuring and coaching members.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG/food & beverage.
• Proven track record of owning a brand or category, launching products and delivering commercial results.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Based in Beirut, Lebanon.
