Marketing Lead – Consumer Care

About the role

Union Healthcare Group is building a consumer‑marketing capability and seeks a Marketing Lead who can think like a brand builder. You will own the full consumer‑facing brand, shaping its positioning, creating awareness, and delivering the message across earned, social and third‑party channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own the consumer brand strategy, positioning and messaging for healthcare products.
• Design and execute public awareness and health‑education programs that attract new audiences.
• Lead integrated brand plans in collaboration with Sales, Medical, Access, Legal and Regulatory teams.
• Set brand KPIs, forecast revenue, manage the brand budget and monitor performance quarterly.
• Direct creative and advertising work end‑to‑end, including briefing agencies and managing influencer partnerships.
• Own the always‑on digital and social presence, content calendar and performance tracking.
• Train local teams on brand positioning and support KOL engagement in the field.

Required profile

• Proven experience building consumer brands, preferably in healthcare or related categories.
• Strong understanding of patient journeys, unmet needs and value‑based positioning.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with medical, regulatory, compliance and market‑access teams.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience setting and reviewing brand KPIs.
