Marketing Executive

About the role

Base is a boutique branding and content agency in Beirut looking for a Marketing Executive to join its Hazmieh office. You will collaborate with account, strategy, creative and production teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives for a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of client marketing strategies, including market, competitor and audience research.
• Create monthly and seasonal marketing plans, content calendars and campaign concepts.
• Develop and monitor digital content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Prepare strategy decks, reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate on shoot planning, brand activations and campaign messaging.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, communications or social media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic or French a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding and social media.
• Highly organized, proactive, creative and detail‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Canva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with collaboration tools.
