Marketing Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead and elevate Patchi's brand presence across markets. The role requires a strategic, hands‑on leader who will drive brand growth, stay ahead of industry trends, and act as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve Patchi's brand identity, positioning, and visual guidelines across all markets and touchpoints.
• Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy and annual marketing plan.
• Manage relationships with creative, media, and PR agencies to ensure high‑quality campaign execution.
• Monitor social media trends and oversee social media strategy and content marketing.
• Track market dynamics and competitor activity to keep Patchi ahead in a competitive landscape.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess retail presentation, competitor positioning, and customer experience.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing efforts from concept to execution.
• Partner with Operations & Commercial teams on pricing strategies.
• Develop, manage, and report on the marketing budget.
• Build brand awareness and drive engagement through integrated marketing campaigns.
• Oversee the marketing department, mentoring and developing team members.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in luxury, FMCG, or retail sectors.
• Proven track record in brand management and agency management.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital trends, and content strategy.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into strategy.
• Willingness to travel for market visits as needed.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
