Marketing & Customer Experience Executive

About the role

Rusace™ is looking for a Marketing & Customer Experience Executive to lead digital marketing, customer engagement and brand activation initiatives across multiple channels. You will ensure a seamless journey from order to delivery while strengthening the brand’s presence in retail and lifestyle outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise social media campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Design and manage customer experience programmes that enhance the post‑purchase journey.
• Maintain POS merchandising standards and coordinate visual displays.
• Collaborate with promoters, logistics partners and internal teams to deliver brand activations.
• Analyse market trends and research data to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with solid organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Passion for perfume and cosmetics retail and ability to work effectively on‑site in a collaborative environment.
• Prior experience in marketing or sales roles is a plus.
