About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Coordinator to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. The role focuses on enhancing brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and supporting market growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and monitor integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Lead a marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship and performance feedback.
• Coordinate closely with sales to ensure alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Analyse market trends, customer insights and campaign performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage marketing budgets, timelines and resources to deliver projects on schedule.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in marketing management or leadership roles.
• Strong strategic thinking and proven ability to deliver measurable results.
• Excellent organizational, communication and decision‑making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA a plus).
• Experience in the sports industry is an advantage.
