Manufacturing Manager

About the role

Cube 3D Studios is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to own and elevate the entire production operation. You will be responsible for how every project is produced, finished, and delivered, driving technical capability and team performance.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and enforce standards for post‑processing, painting, sanding, molding, resin coating, fiberglass work, and surface finishing.
• Research, evaluate, and implement new production capabilities such as CNC machining, laser cutting, and advanced molding techniques.
• Manage supplier relationships, source materials, negotiate pricing, and reduce production costs while maintaining quality.
• Organize the production schedule across all active projects, monitor progress, and proactively address issues.
• Lead, train, and hold the production and finishing team accountable, setting clear goals and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in a fabrication, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Deep understanding of materials, surface finishing, and workshop operations.
• Technically curious, resourceful, and able to solve problems independently.
• Strong organizational skills and proven ability to lead a team with accountability.
• Experience with 3D printing is a plus but not mandatory.
