Logistics Specialist – Instant Coffee Supply Chain

About the role

The Logistics Specialist will ensure cost‑effective, timely and quality execution of instant coffee shipments from origin to destination, coordinating with head office, shippers, clients and service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Work with traders on position follow‑up and resolve commercial issues with shippers and clients.
• Send shipping and delivery instructions, place bookings, and ensure accurate data in internal systems (SOL/Cargoo).
• Process shipping documents, upload them to the system and manage payments to shippers.
• Issue landing and logistics documents, monitor warehouse stocks and handle potential claims.
• Approve service invoices, track logistics costs and advise trading teams on execution scenarios.

Required profile

• University graduate (BA or equivalent); focus on Foreign Trade, Commodity Trading or Logistics is a plus.
• 1‑2 years of experience in international logistics, trade or supply‑chain environments; coffee‑trade logistics is a plus.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and teamwork skills; ability to work under pressure and autonomously.
