Lead Generation Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist to join Tech Fortress remotely. In this full‑time position you will help expand our client base by identifying, qualifying and nurturing new business opportunities for our information security and managed‑services solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and compile lists of potential prospects.
• Initiate outreach through cold‑email, phone and social channels.
• Engage with prospects, assess their needs and qualify leads.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date pipeline in the company CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand over qualified opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and continuously refine outreach strategies.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success in lead generation, preferably in B2B or technology environments.
• Strong communication and sales abilities with a focus on building relationships.
• Excellent research skills and the ability to extract actionable insights.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage pipelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
