Lead Full-Stack Engineer – Trading Platform & Mobile App

About the role

MultiFi is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Engineer to own the technical development of its multi‑asset trading platform and mobile application. This senior, hands‑on position will shape architecture, build critical components, and guide the product from MVP through production launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and own the end‑to‑end technical architecture of the platform.
• Lead development of mobile, backend, and API services.
• Integrate with MT5, CRM, KYC, and payment providers.
• Implement real‑time pricing, trading, and order‑management features.
• Translate product and UI/UX requirements into scalable solutions.
• Establish development standards, testing, CI/CD, and release processes.
• Ensure security, performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Review code, maintain engineering standards, and resolve complex integration issues.
• Mentor and lead additional developers as the team expands.
• Deliver the product from MVP through UAT and launch on iOS and Android.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proven experience as a Senior Engineer, Lead Engineer, or Technical Lead.
• Strong full‑stack expertise across mobile, backend, and APIs.
• Experience delivering production‑grade mobile applications.
• Deep knowledge of scalable backend architecture and distributed systems.
• Background building real‑time, transactional applications.
• Solid understanding of application security, authentication, and authorization.
• Ability to design high‑availability, reliable, transaction‑integrity systems.
