Junior Technical Designer (AutoCAD)

About the role

As a Junior Technical Designer at Blink BTL, you will work alongside experienced designers to produce accurate 2D and 3D drawings that guide the construction of high‑impact display stands, event booths, and exhibition structures. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates eager to develop practical design skills in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create and revise 2D and 3D technical drawings based on design briefs and specifications.
• Manage the drawing lifecycle from concept through production, including carpentry, painting, assembly, and installation phases.
• Maintain organized drawing libraries and ensure file version control.
• Verify that designs comply with production standards and accuracy requirements.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, 3D designers, and the production team to incorporate feedback and resolve issues.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in technical drawing or a related design role.
• Basic proficiency with AutoCAD (both 2D and 3D).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established design standards.
• Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and incorporate feedback.
• Educational background in industrial design, architecture, engineering, or a related field (degree or certification preferred but not mandatory).
