Junior Social Media Content Creator

About the role

Elegant Squirrel is seeking a Junior Social Media Content Creator to develop and execute engaging content for multiple brands. The role combines creative idea generation with hands‑on video production and daily social‑media management.

Key responsibilities

• Create content ideas and concepts for various businesses.
• Develop video hooks, scripts and coordinate field shoots with the videographer.
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars.
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Ensure brand tone, audience targeting and marketing goals are met in every piece of content.
• Support the production of reels, stories, and campaign assets.

Required profile

• Background in marketing, communications, content creation or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of current social‑media trends on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Creative mindset with solid writing and idea‑generation abilities.
• Highly organized and able to juggle multiple brand calendars.
• Comfortable with on‑site video shoot coordination and meeting deadlines.
