Junior Scrum Master – Agile Delivery Analyst

About the role

TECHVITIS is expanding its Agile and Scrum practice to support large‑scale international projects. The Junior Scrum Master will join a fast‑growing team, gaining exposure to enterprise‑level software delivery while developing core Agile facilitation skills.

Key responsibilities

• Support Agile teams by organizing and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and reviews.
• Assist teams in tracking progress, managing backlogs, identifying blockers and reporting metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, analysts and business stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and smooth delivery.
• Help identify risks, dependencies and delivery challenges, contributing to risk mitigation strategies.
• Continuously learn and apply Agile best practices, gradually taking ownership of larger delivery streams and multiple teams.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, organization and coordination abilities.
• Interest in Agile methodologies and technology‑focused project environments.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of Scrum framework and Agile principles.
