Junior Project Manager

About the role

Byblos Vista is seeking a proactive Junior Project Manager to keep multiple initiatives moving forward. You will work across teams, anticipate challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate several projects from planning through execution, tracking timelines, priorities, deliverables and dependencies.
• Follow up with internal teams to guarantee deadlines are met and document progress.
• Prepare project documentation, reports and meeting notes.
• Identify risks, raise blockers and contribute to solution development.
• Improve workflows and support efficient project execution.
• Assist leadership with research, analysis and operational initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, operations or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English with solid communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and eager to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with project‑management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira or Trello.
