Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Base, a boutique branding and content agency headquartered in Beirut, is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its growing design team. The role focuses on developing brand identities, campaign visuals and multi‑channel content for clients across fashion, F&B, hospitality, wellness and design.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, create and refine brand identities, campaign visuals and digital assets.
• Develop concepts and moodboards that translate strategic direction into visual language.
• Deliver high‑quality outputs such as logo systems, brand books, social templates and packaging.
• Create scalable visual systems aligned with each client’s brand essence.
• Collaborate with strategists and content teams to ensure creative and narrative alignment.
• Participate in briefings, brainstorms and creative reviews across multiple accounts.
• Translate insights and brand strategy into compelling visual identities and campaign directions.
• Maintain design consistency across social, digital, print and motion touchpoints.
• Stay current with design trends, tools and emerging formats, proactively recommending fresh ideas.
• Contribute to Base’s internal branding, pitch decks and creative intellectual property.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Refined portfolio showcasing brand identity work, campaigns and multi‑channel design.
• Fluent in English; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented, organized and confident presenting to internal and client audiences.
• Passionate about storytelling through design and able to turn strategy into strong visuals.

Required skills

• Expert use of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Familiarity with Figma or Canva.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour theory and brand systems.
