Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our printing shop team in Sahel Alma. The role is ideal for a creative professional with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys translating client ideas into high‑quality printed materials. You will work closely with the production team to ensure designs are ready for both digital and offset printing.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt designs for business cards, flyers, brochures, banners, stickers, packaging, and other printed items.
• Prepare print‑ready files, applying correct bleed, crop marks, color profiles, and resolution.
• Verify that artwork meets specifications for digital and offset printing processes.
• Collaborate with the production team to guarantee accurate and timely output.
• Manage multiple design projects while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a printing or advertising environment.
• Strong eye for design and ability to follow print production requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
