Main Missions

• Maintain and evolve our high-scale cloud platform to ensure seamless performance.
• Collaborate closely with development and customer experience teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Act as a technical consultant for support analysts, providing deep-dive debugging and problem-solving expertise.
• Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurring technical debt and product issues.
• Write high-quality, scalable code for both front-end and back-end components.
• Execute rigorous unit and interface testing to ensure product stability.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
