Junior Dealer – Entry Level Trading Role

About the role

OneRoyal is seeking a Junior Dealer to join its Dealing Room team. This position offers recent graduates or early‑career professionals hands‑on exposure to forex and CFD trading operations, market analysis, and client support in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring market conditions, price movements and trading activity across multiple asset classes.
• Support the execution and management of trades while adhering to company policies and risk limits.
• Track client exposure, margin levels and flag any abnormal or suspicious trading behaviour.
• Prepare and maintain dealing and exposure reports for senior dealers and the Head of Dealing Room.
• Escalate unusual market activity or risk concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of trading activities and operational incidents.
• Provide platform assistance and answer trading‑related queries from clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduate up to two years of experience in forex, banking or financial services.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools.
