About the role
The Junior Accountant will support the finance team with daily accounting tasks, ensuring accurate record‑keeping and compliance with internal quality standards. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented individual looking to develop accounting skills in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Review and verify daily transactions, attach supporting documents, and enter data into the accounting software.
- Post all transactions between software modules and reconcile bank accounts, petty cash, and other monetary accounts.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the supervisor.
- Provide recommendations on resource usage and disbursements while adhering to the ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0‑2 years of accounting or related experience.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
