JavaScript/Node.js Developer – ERP Specialist

About the role

Namou Properties is building a robust, scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to streamline its real‑estate operations. We are seeking an experienced JavaScript/Node.js Developer (ERP Specialist) to own the technical implementation in a fully remote environment, designing complex database structures, backend services, and third‑party integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop secure, high‑performance REST and GraphQL APIs using Node.js (TypeScript preferred).
• Structure, optimize, and maintain a PostgreSQL relational database, leveraging ORMs such as Prisma or Drizzle.
• Build and manage core ERP modules for workflows like inventory management, financial tracking, and user permissions.
• Integrate third‑party services via APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (e.g., Redis, BullMQ) and implement background job queues.
• Collaborate with the frontend team (React/Next.js) to ensure smooth data flow and integration.

Required profile

• 2+ years of professional experience with JavaScript and Node.js (Express or NestJS).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and extensive experience with PostgreSQL.
• Proven track record building or maintaining complex systems such as ERPs, CRMs, or financial platforms.
• Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Understanding of data security, role‑based access control (RBAC), and clean, maintainable code.
