About the position

Main Missions

• Monitor application health and system performance to ensure high availability.
• Respond to real-time alerts and perform rapid troubleshooting of Java-based applications.
• Resolve technical incidents and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of support requests.
• Document all incidents, root cause analyses, and implemented solutions for knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate closely with Development teams to drive product improvements and prevent recurring issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes and incident response workflows.
