IT Support Officer

About the role

Byblos Vista is seeking a reliable, hands‑on IT Support Officer to provide day‑to‑day technical assistance for its fast‑paced US‑based operations. The role involves supporting hardware, software, networking, and system issues for internal teams during evening hours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver daily IT support for users, covering hardware, software, networking, and system problems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and related equipment.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments, including user account management.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, networking, and infrastructure issues.
• Manage system updates, user permissions, and basic security practices.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes from an IT perspective.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.
• Assist teams with operational tools such as ClickUp.
• Perform ad‑hoc IT and operational support tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, ICT, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
• Strong understanding of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced operational environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
