Internal Recruiter – Talent Sourcing & Headhunting

About the role

RemotelyX is seeking an Internal Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end sourcing and headhunting process for a variety of client roles across multiple industries. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, proactively identifying and engaging top‑tier talent to build strong candidate pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct Boolean searches and targeted outreach to passive talent.
• Review CVs, Loom videos and profiles to match candidates with specific role requirements.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in recruitment systems.
• Collaborate with Lead Recruiters and the Head of Recruitment to understand hiring needs.
• Meet weekly sourcing and candidate submission targets.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing or headhunting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple open roles (7+ simultaneously) and prioritize effectively.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and results‑driven mindset.
