Intermediate .NET/C# Developer

About the role

Aspire Software is seeking an experienced .NET/C# developer to join its small, high‑impact team in Lebanon. You will work on an AI‑driven workflow engine that converts unstructured correspondence into structured data, as well as modern .NET services and Java‑based micro‑services supporting authentication, search and document processing.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve features and services using .NET/C# and the latest framework versions.
• Modernize legacy ASP.NET MVC, Razor, jQuery and Kendo UI components while preserving existing functionality.
• Collaborate with Java/Spring Boot teams (Java 21) to integrate cross‑language services.
• Evaluate user workflows, reduce friction, and enhance the overall user experience.
• Write and maintain automated tests, including Playwright end‑to‑end suites and unit tests for .NET code.
• Leverage AI‑assisted coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) to increase productivity and code quality.

Required profile

• Several years of professional experience with .NET/C# development, preferably on mature ASP.NET codebases.
• Comfortable working in a small, autonomous team where ownership of shipped code is expected.
• Ability to balance incremental modernization with the need to keep production systems stable.
