Interior Architect

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Interior Architect with 7–8 years of experience to lead interior architecture and design projects from concept through execution. The role involves translating client visions into functional, aesthetically compelling spaces while ensuring technical precision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and detailed interior architecture solutions for a variety of projects.
• Produce technical drawings, construction packages and documentation required for implementation.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout the construction phase.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to timelines and budget constraints.
• Present design proposals and progress updates to clients and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design.
• 7–8 years of professional experience in interior architecture and design.
• Strong design sensibility combined with excellent technical drawing abilities.
• Proven ability to manage several projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with F&B or hospitality projects is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
